The Associated Press has as story about a new technology from Japan that allows a person to navigate the virtual world of Second Life using their own body.
Making Second Life More Like Real Life
Using a hip mounted camera and special floor mat, this new technology allows for full virtual mirroring of real world movements. This looks to be pretty interesting technology.
